Job Description
XXL Constructions is seeking an experienced Estimator to own the costing, tendering and bid writing function. You will turn client briefs and drawings into compelling proposals, building cost models, managing subcontractor pricing and ensuring bids are competitive.

You will work with Directors to assess tender prospects and set up the commercial framework for awarded projects, while thriving in a detail-focused, autonomous role within a growing company."
