Manning Support Services (MSS) seeks Registered Nurses for our Clinical Care team in Taree or Port Macquarie.
Permanent part time roles hours/week) Monday to Friday.
You will assess and support aged care clients at home with wound care, med management, and chronic disease support.
You will collaborate with clients, families, GPs, and care teams to ensure secure, responsive, and goal-directed care, while upholding quality standards.
