Job Description
Steadfast Group through Steadfast Technologies is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to provide Level 2 support for SaaS, cloud-based Insurtech solutions used by the broker network.
You will work with brokers, insurer partners and internal technology teams to resolve incidents and drive improvements.
You will perform root-cause analyses, utilize SQL for data investigations, and mentor Level 1 staff.
