Job Description
TotalFusion in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the reception team and shape the member experience across all touchpoints.
You will manage inquiries, drive customer service excellence, and oversee performance KPIs in a energetic gym and cafe setting.
The ideal candidate will bring a warm, skilled approach to supporting member enquiries, managing phone and face-to-face interactions, and driving retention.
