HealthPlex is seeking a Diabetes Educator contractor to provide care and management to pediatric to adult clients.
The role offers flexible schedule and an autonomous, supportive setting within a multi-disciplinary team.
You will be expected to work independently, apply clinical knowledge across various scenarios, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Prior credentialled diabetes educator credentials and skilled indemnity are required.
