Key responsibilities
Provide a welcoming and skilled first point of contact for all visitors and tenants
Monitor and maintain building security and access control
Respond to enquiries and assist with general concierge duties
Conduct routine patrols and report any security or safety concerns




Maintain clear and accurate incident reports
About you
Valid Security License
Strong presentation and professional demeanour
Excellent spoken and written English
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
Stable full-time hours
