About this roleDayforce Functional DeliveryConfigure and support Dayforce Reporting, Talent Management, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding modules Translate business requirements into system configuration Support business process optimization and solution design Maintain alignment between Dayforce configuration and business objectives Identify and resolve functional gapsReportingDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards,



and analytics solutions Gather reporting requirements and support validation activities Support operational and management reporting needsTalent ManagementConfigure and support Performance Management and Succession Planning processes Support talent review, goal management, and employee development initiativesConfigure and support recruiting workflows and onboarding processes Support candidate lifecycle management and current hire experiences Troubleshoot recruiting and onboarding issuesTechno-Functional DeliverySupport requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders Perform hands-on configuration and validation Support system and user testing activities Assist with defect triage and resolution Produce explicit documentation of implemented solutionsSupport client discussions and solution workshops Provide guidance on Dayforce functionality and best practices Communicate risks and dependencies clearly Work independently while aligned with the broader delivery teamIs this you?
