Job Description
The City of Marion is seeking a capable Property and Facilities skilled to manage Council land, property, and leasing portfolios.
You will negotiate leases, supportacquisitions/disposals,and provide expert advice on property transactions and governance.
The role requires robust negotiation, stakeholder management, and project leadership, with a focus on delivering compliant, well-governed property outcomes.
A current SA driver's license and Child Protected training readiness are required.
