MST Constructions is seeking a versatile Estimator / Project Manager in Townsville to bridge tendering to in office construction.
You will share ownership of projects, spending about % on take-offs and tendering, and % on managing timelines and variations.
You will interpret drawings for tenders, procure materials, negotiate pricing, and support both offsite and onsite management to ensure successful delivery while liaising with builders' management teams.
