Wintringham is seeking a Care Partner to provide leadership, supervision, and oversight of care management across Home Support services in the Northwest region.
The role is full time and based in Flemington, Melbourne, with potential to work from home on some days.
You will lead Support Partners to deliver high-quality, participant-centred services that promote independence, dignity and wellbeing, reporting to the Senior Care Partner- Northwest.
