Deacon Recruitment has partnered with a Queensland residential developer/builder to recruit an Estimating Manager.
The role leads a large estimating department, supports two Team Leaders, and drives workflow across Sales and Production to ensure accurate pricing and timely bids.
The successful candidate will manage master BOQ files, approve PO and site extra orders, and contribute to procurement and pricing discussions.
