Job Description
Bank Australia Limited is seeking a Senior Change, Problem and Incident Coordinator at Head Office, Collingwood.
You will manage end-to-end change, problem and incident activities to ensure reliable IT services and delivery outcomes.
You will facilitate CAB meetings, drive root-cause analysis, track mitigations and report on performance, risk and prospects for service improvement across Technology, Security and business stakeholders.
