Senior Organisational Development Lead (Transformation)
The postholder will translate strategic priorities into practical OD plans for the service integration programme and wider transformation portfolio, ensuring activity is clearly scoped, coordinated and aligned with operational, clinical and corporate workstreams.
They will develop and deliver interventions that support team development, leadership capability, engagement, cultural alignment and change readiness, drawing on staff voice, workforce data, organisational diagnostics and recognised OD practice.
The role will require confident facilitation of complex and sensitive discussions with leaders and teams, helping to surface issues,



build shared understanding and agree practical actions that support secure, inclusive and effective services.
The postholder will establish clear governance, evaluation and reporting arrangements for OD activity, including monitoring risks, tracking benefits, measuring impact and providing assurance to programme and organisational governance forums.
They will provide skilled leadership to OD and leadership practitioners, supporting high-quality delivery, reflective practice, continuous improvement and a team culture that is inclusive, accountable and psychologically secure.
