Job Description
Yarra City Council is seeking a First Peoples Employment Pathways Advisor to drive Aboriginal employment, retention and career development across the organisation.
You will lead RAP initiatives, build partnerships with communities and external stakeholders, and create pathways into employment.
Work closely with leaders to provide culturally informed recruitment and development practices, removing barriers and fostering an inclusive, protected workplace.
