Churches of Christ in Queensland – Caboolture QLD is seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner to join our Children, Youth & Families team in the Moreton Bay / Caboolture area.
You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored care plans, provide crisis support, advocate for clients, and collaborate with partner agencies to coordinate care.
The role offers casual hourly rates $44-$47 plus allowances, supporting vulnerable children, young people, foster and kinship carers.
