City of Canterbury Bankstown Council in NSW is opening a Duty Manager Leisure & Aquatic Operations role to lead day-to-day operations across our current Canterbury Leisure & Aquatic Centre, ensuring protected, welcoming and high-quality experiences.
You will oversee aquatic staff, monitor pool plant and water quality, respond to incidents, and help deliver continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
Permanent full time role with 7-day roster.
