Job Description
Seed&Sprout; is seeking a CFO to own the end-to-end financial operations as its first in-house finance function.
You will hire and shape the team, decide on offshore vs onshore structure, and build the finance function from a blank page for growth and audit readiness.
The role focuses on cash flow, working capital, and international expansion (NZ, UK, US) with multi-currency and multi-entity considerations, tax, and landed costs, reporting to leadership with no board initially.
