Job Description
SA Food Manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to guide the production floor, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality.
This full time on-site role offers structured training and a explicit path to senior supervision, with solid support from Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Engineering teams.
You must be capable of leading a team, coordinating production schedules, and coaching staff to achieve outcomes while maintaining a positive culture and adherence to GMP/HACCP standards.
