Reporting directly to the owners, we are looking for someone with:
Proven experience working in quick-paced customer facing retail – preferably in food.
The natural ability to coach, develop and motivate others.
Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail.
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Ability to work a adaptable rotating roster including weekends.
A strong focus on customer service and driven by results.
A passion in the brand.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Team/culture building, employee training and rosters.
Operational improvement.
Stock management, cost control and budget management.
A minimum of one year in a management-based role is essential.
