PA & Accounts Officer | Commercial ConstructionPA & Accounts Officer - Commercial ConstructionLocation: Redland Bay, QLDWork Type: Full-time, On-siteAbout the RoleWe're a commercial construction company based in Redland Bay looking for a proactive PA & Accounts Officer to join our team.In this role, you'll work directly alongside our Managing Director and project teams to handle our day-to-day accounts, help out with procurement, and keep administrative operations running smoothly.
It's a hands‐on position with plenty of variety, perfect for a robust all‐rounder who knows their way around Xero and enjoys taking ownership of their work.What You'll Be DoingAccounts & Finance:Handle day-to-day accounts payable and receivable.Run daily and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.Manage payroll and superannuation obligations in Xero.Prepare weekly financial summaries and project reports.Project & Procurement Support:Work with suppliers and subcontractors on product sourcing and trade procurement.Assist with tender documentation, contract administration,
