Job Description
Anglicare Central Queensland is seeking a Homelessness Case Manager in Emerald on a part time fixed-term basis.
The role offers $46 p/h plus superannuation and salary sacrifice, with a 30 hours per fortnight schedule.
You will support participants who are homeless or at risk, developing and reviewing case plans, providing practical help, budgeting, referrals, and risk assessments, and advocating to access housing and services to maximise independence.
