Job Description
Positive Shepherd Australia Current Zealand is seeking a Senior Client Services and Support Officer in Melbourne to lead client interactions across phone, digital and online channels.
You will assess needs, resolve inquiries and connect people with appropriate supports in a holistic, trauma-informed manner.
The role involves managing escalations, onboarding current team members and contributing to service improvements while delivering high-quality, client-centred support five days a week onsite.
