Job Description
The GEO Group Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to lead and coordinate training across Ravenhall Centre.
You will administer programs, schedule training, and support trainers and SMEs to ensure high-quality delivery.
You will work in a high-volume setting, manage documentation, and drive continuous process improvements while staying compliant with RTO obligations.
A security clearance is required and the role offers a structured development path.
