Job Description
Roche seeks a Study Start-Up leader to drive productive initiation of clinical trials within the PDG.
You will work in a cooperative, cross-functional workplace to ensure timely trial delivery and patient access to innovative therapies.
You will lead country start-up strategy, oversee site activation and regulatory submissions, and identify opportunities to automate and standardize processes.
A strong background in ICH-GCP and regulatory environments is essential.
