The Capitol Hotel Sydney is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead day‐to‐day hotel functions across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B; and Maintenance, and to act as the heartbeat of the property.You'll work with the General Manager to coach teams, resolve guest escalations, manage VIP relationships and uphold safety standards.
