Patties Foods is seeking a hands-on Production Shift Supervisor for our Pakenham manufacturing site.
You will be on the factory floor, supporting operators, solving real-time problems and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
You'll work with the Production Shift Manager to keep daily operations on track and coach your team to meet production targets.
