This full-time role supports the Facility Manager and Clinical Nurse Managers to ensure protected, high-quality, person-centred care for residents.
The role focuses on on-floor leadership, clinical governance, and ongoing career development, with Monday–Friday hours and solid emphasis on teamwork and accountability.
