You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly, productive service and helping to create a smooth and enjoyable stay.Duties include welcoming guests, check-in/out, handling reservations and enquiries, coordinating with housekeeping, and providing local recommendations.
Weekend shifts required; robust communication and RMS Cloud experience preferred.
