Job Description
Appello in Australia seeks a Head of PMO to lead the Project Management Office and its team of seven Project Managers.
You will oversee * concurrent projects, drive transparent processes, and align client and internal teams to ensure delivery success.
The role requires hands-on process engineering, onboarding and mentorship, and the ability to escalate issues when needed while building a reliable system that minimizes firefighting.
Robust English and Russian are required.
