Job Description
BLU by Adcorp is seeking an experienced Account Manager to sit onsite as the dedicated point of contact for a single high-value client in Melbourne, owning the client relationship end-to-end.
You'll manage recruitment lifecycle, workforce coordination, rostering, timesheets, onboarding and WHS compliance, with autonomy to shape how the account runs.
This role suits someone with labour hire or workforce management experience who wants real depth, growth prospects and in office leadership.
