Job Description
EVT Limited's Pascale Bar & Grill in Melbourne is seeking a Sous Chef to work closely with the Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen operations, uphold food safety standards, train staff, and develop recent dishes.
This role offers a transparent path toward a head-chef future and a hands-on leadership setting.
You will oversee multiple kitchen stations, balance labour costs, and drive a premium guest experience while maintaining high culinary standards and solid team development.
