We’re building the opening team for Shokunin, Hunter Street Hospitality’s newest Japanese dining destination at Hamer Hall, Melbourne.

Shokunin means craftsperson, a philosophy centred on dedication, mastery and the continual pursuit of better. Bringing together the relaxed spirit of a Japanese izakaya with the refined technique and personalised approach of kappo dining, Shokunin is a place for seriously good Japanese food, warm hospitality, great drinks and even better company.

Previous experience in quality restaurants, bars or premium hospitality environments will be highly regarded. For our Sommelier team, strong wine knowledge and experience are significant, with sake knowledge or qualifications highly regarded.
