Reporting to+ being mentored 1:1 by a top-calibre Accredited Specialist Partner, you will relish the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of making a positive impact+ obtaining justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of their workers compensation claims.

IF you desire some variety, flexibility to also practice in: 1) common law work injury damages 2) TPD (total permanent disability)/super OR 3) CTP (motor vehicle accidents) depending on your experience.

WHO YOU ARE

- are admitted as a solicitor with minimum 1+ year (up to associate) personal injury law experience including at least minimum 12 months (or more) proven experience specificallymanaging your own statutory workers compensation files from start to finish;
