YOUR NEW ROLE
In this key role being the right hand to and assisting an outstanding accredited specialist personal injury PARTNER with a flourishing busy DIVERSE personal injury practice, you will relish the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of making a positive impact+ obtaining justice for plaintiff clients in respect of their workers compensation/work injury damages, CTP and civil liability claims.

You will be actively assisting the partner and senior lawyers with the day to day running of their cases including: liaising with clients/doctors/insurers/solicitors/Personal Injury Commission/Courts; arranging medical appointments; preparing documents/forms/court documents/briefs to barristers, attending PIC/Court (if a lawyer), legal research & filing/administration.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are EITHER a legal assistant/paralegal OR admitted as a solicitor in NSW (or soon to be);
- have MINIMUM 1 year personal injury law experience (including plaintiff experience-essential);
- have had experience in workers compensation (essential) PLUS preferably any 1 or MORE of: CTP, work injury damages and civil liability (not essential);
- have solid knowledge of the 'life cycle' of a workers compensation claim from start to finish (essential);
- are extremely astute+ client/results-driven+ proactive with high attention to detail;
- thrive in a busy vibrant dead-line driven environment;
