YOUR CURRENT ROLE

In this KEY pivotal role assisting the HEAD senior Family Lawyer, you will relish the challenge+rewards+variety of your role taking ownership of your files/managing your own clients (and assisting your senior lawyer with more complex matters).

Key areas include divorce/separation, children’s matters (care/protection, child support), property, financial agreements, domestic violence, mental health matters.

INVITATION

- Have minimum 12 months post-admission experience (up to associate level) in family law;
- Have solid technical knowledge of family law legislation +court practice/procedures in the Family/Children’s/Federal Circuit courts;
- Possess strong drafting/negotiation/advocacy skills with high attention to detail;
- Are highly adaptable (not rigid in your set ways) + client-centric+ dead-line driven+ proactive+ results-focused;
- Have outstanding communication+ people skills;
