•   A Rail specialist focused on corridor and track design
•   A Roads designer delivering transport infrastructure solutions
•   A Land Development designer shaping communities and subdivisions
•   Individuals who enjoy becoming technical experts in their field
•   Or those who are motivated to mentor, support, and uplift others

We don’t expect you to do everything — we want you to do what you do best.

What You’ll Bring

•   Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
•   Strong capability in 12d (essential)
•   Experience with AutoCAD, plus exposure to Bentley Rail and/or OpenRoads
•   Design experience in rail, roads, or land development (specialisation in one is highly valued)
•   Background within a consulting/design environment
•   A practical mindset with the ability to deliver innovative, high-quality design outcomes
•   Confidence working with stakeholders and contributing to a strong team culture
