We’re partnering with a leading industrial distribution company seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their night shift maintenance team. This is an opportunity to work within a fast-paced, automated operation where reliability, fault finding, and technical capability are highly valued.

You’ll be responsible for keeping critical machinery and automated systems running efficiently, minimising downtime, and ensuring operations continue to perform at a high standard.

The Role:

As part of the maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:

- Preventative, reactive, and breakdown maintenance across automated distribution equipment
- Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting on conveyors, motors, sensors, drives, and automated systems
- Diagnosing faults across PLC-controlled machinery and supporting automation reliability
- Responding to breakdowns quickly to minimise operational downtime
- Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across site




- Working closely with operations and engineering teams to maintain performance and safety standards

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- NSW Electrical Licence / Trade Qualification
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Electrician within industrial, FMCG, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or automated environments
- Strong electrical fault-finding ability within fast-paced operations
- Exposure to PLC fault finding and automated systems (highly regarded)
- Experience working on conveyors, motors, VSDs, sensors, and material handling equipment
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving ability and commitment to safety
