About the Client: Our client is a respected Queensland legal practice with a solid reputation for practical, plain-English advice and genuine client care. The team is known for being approachable, professional, and focused on delivering smooth property transactions.

About the Position: Our client is looking for a Conveyancer to join our client’s team and take ownership of a varied QLD conveyancing portfolio. You’ll run files from start to finish, keep clients informed, and work closely with agents, lenders, and referrers to ensure settlements land on time.

Your work will include:

- Reviewing contracts and advising on key conditions
- Managing sales and purchases (QLD residential conveyancing)
- Preparing settlement figures, adjustments, searches, and requisitions




- PEXA lodgements and e-settlements, plus post-settlement follow-up

Key Requirements:

- Demonstrated QLD conveyancing experience (Conveyancer/Paralegal level)
- Confident managing matters end-to-end with strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of PEXA and settlement workflows
- Clear communication skills and a calm, organised approach to deadlines
