About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established civil contractor delivering major road infrastructure projects across Southeast Queensland.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity is available for an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join the team on a long-term TMR project based in Narangba.

Working closely with the Supervisor and Project Team, you'll lead site crews, coordinate daily construction activities and help ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with a strong reputation, secure project pipeline and genuine career progression.

Salary & Perks

- Up to $130K + Super + Company Vehicle
- Long-term role based in Narangba
- Monday to Friday position with ongoing work

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations




- Lead civil crews to achieve project milestones
- Coordinate plant, labour and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
- Liaise with Engineers, Supervisors and Project Managers
- Monitor productivity and maintain site records

About You

- Previous experience as a Civil Leading Hand
- Strong background delivering TMR road projects
- Experience coordinating civil construction crews
- Sound understanding of safety and quality requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Current Driver's Licence, White Card and relevant civil tickets
