Our client is a well-established Queensland builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality residential and commercial projects across South East Queensland. With a healthy pipeline of townhouse developments and childcare centres, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team based on Brisbane's north side.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day running of townhouse and childcare centre projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal project teams.
- Ensure all WHS and compliance requirements are met.
- Monitor project programmes and proactively resolve site issues.

About You





- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor delivering townhouse, childcare or commercial building projects.
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or ability to hold one).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology and sequencing.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong focus on safety, quality and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
