Quantity Surveyor – Quantity Surveyor contract role based in Wollongong.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented QS with Formwork, Reinforcement and Pour (FRP) and structural steel experience, who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and has a robust background in cost management and reporting.

About the RoleAs the Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing project cost capture using a client-supplied database. This is a cost-reimbursable contract, so accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily cost capture using the client's database.
- Record and verify labour hours, rates, plant and material costs.
- Ensure all cost data is accurately entered and maintained.
- Prepare and submit daily cost reports to the client.
- Liaise with the project team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

About You





- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor on construction, industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience with Formwork, Reinforcement and Pour (FRP) works and structural steel packages is essential.
- Strong understanding of cost-reimbursable contracts, cost control and commercial reporting.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and database systems.
- Able to work independently and meet daily reporting deadlines.
