Core Talent is currently recruiting for an experienced General Foreman to join a well-established Tier 2 builder delivering a premium residential developmen on a short term contract basis.

This is an excellent prospect to work on the finishes package on a high-end project comprising 23 luxury apartments over commercial retail, across 7 levels with a 2-level basement.

The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all finishes trades through to practical completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, programme and safety are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate all finishes subcontractors on site
- Drive programme and ensure milestones are met
- Maintain exceptional quality across high-end residential finishes
- Coordinate inspections, defect management and close-out
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and the project team
- Ensure WHS compliance and maintain site documentation
- Deliver apartments through to practical completion and handover

About You





- Previous experience as a Finishes Foreman on Class 2 residential projects
- Experience delivering luxury apartment developments
- Strong understanding of high-end finishes and defect management
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to drive programme while maintaining quality
- Trade background (Carpentry preferred)
