We’re looking for an experienced Chef to join our team, working fulltime hours at an aged care facility in Casino, NSW. You’ll be part of a warm, supportive workplace where your work truly makes a difference to residents’ daily lives.

About the role:

- Preparing and cooking meals for residents according to their dietary needs and preferences
- Ensuring meals are nutritious, flavourful and served in a warm and inviting manner
- Maintaining clean and organised kitchen while adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with facility and care staff
- Fostering a positive and friendly environment in the kitchen and in the dining area

What we're looking for:





- Experience within aged care or healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of food safety and dietary requirements, IDDSI framework / texture-modified meals
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert III or above)
- Ability to manage a kitchen independently and work unsupervised
- Current Food Safety Certificate
- Valid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
