- Previous manufacturing, factory or steel industry experience highly regarded
- Experience using hand tools
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings and written plans
- Good numeracy and communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Physically fit and capable of heavy work
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Forklift Licence
