Our client has built works a strong reputation for excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Due to further project awards they are expanding their Perth team and seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing business.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee a wide portfolio of projects, and play a pivotal part in ensuring robust outcomes for all stakeholders. You'll be working with an established team of professionals, and whilst delivering projects directly, you'll also be supporting the wider team in achieving strong outcomes. You’ll be leading multidisciplinary teams, manage key stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes across scope, cost, and schedule.

This is a strategic, high-impact role suited to an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver complex construction projects from inception to completion.
- Lead delivery phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.




- Manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, head contractors & sub-contractors.
- Provide strong leadership and advice to project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in a client side PM consultancy role.
- Proven success delivering a range of commercial projects.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of governance, procurement, and project controls.
