- Senior Demand and Supply planning experience with 5+ years' ERP knowledge: SAP / APO / IBP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field with undergraduate statistical analysis or engineering focus (APICS certification a plus). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- A minimum of 3+ years within an FMCG manufacturing setting, with an understanding of major retail accounts and forecasting supply chain management.
- Results-focused team member who can drive resolution of issues with strong problem-solving skills.
- Travel 10-20%
