The Role

They’re seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their thriving Sydney team as several large projects move into detailed design.

Responsibilities

- Deliver structural designs from concept through to construction
- Work on diverse projects including high-rise, commercial, residential, and institutional buildings




- Collaborate with senior colleagues and multidisciplinary teams
- Take on increasing responsibilities as you develop, with clear pathways for progression
- Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and high-quality outcomes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- Current experience as a Structural Engineer in an Australian consultancy (Senior level or ready to step up)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven skills in concrete design (floors, lateral, columns, foundations)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Motivation to take on greater responsibility and grow into leadership
