We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on 4x4 Sales & Store Manager to lead our Kirawee store. If you're passionate about the 4WD industry, enjoy working with customers, and know how to drive sales while managing a successful team, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day store operations.
Help fit tyres if needed and workshop
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.
Provide outstanding customer service and expert product advice.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage customer enquiries.
Manage workshop bookings and liaise with technicians.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and trade customers.
Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff.
Ensure the showroom is well presented and professionally maintained.
Monitor KPIs, profitability, and overall store performance.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience managing a retail store or sales team.
Strong sales background with a proven ability to exceed targets.
Experience in the 4WD, automotive, or aftermarket accessories industry is highly regarded.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organisational and computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Passion for 4WDs and off-road accessories is a huge advantage.
