A Grade Electrician | $48–$55/hr + Super | 4-Day Week Option | Company Van

What if you could earn $48–$55/hr + super, work Tuesday to Friday, finish at 5pm and have every Monday off? Prefer a traditional 5 day week? That's completely fine too. The choice is yours.

38 South Electrical is looking for an experienced A Grade Electrician to join our growing team in Melbourne's South East.

We're a small, owner operated electrical business that has built its reputation around good work, good people and looking after our clients.

What You'll Get

- $48–$55/hr + super for the right experienced electrician
- 4 day week option, Tuesday to Friday, 7am–5pm
- Every Monday off if you choose the 4 day roster
- 5 day week available if that's what suits you, choose a start and finish time that suits you

The Work

Our work is primarily residential and project based, often working alongside plumbing teams across Melbourne's South East. Variety of work, including:

- Air conditioning wiring and commissioning
- Heat pump hot water systems
- Switchboard upgrades
- Residential electrical installations
- Fault finding
- Working independently and taking jobs from start to finish

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced A Grade Electrician who:
- Holds a current Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence
- Has solid residential experience
- Can work independently and take ownership of their work
- Is reliable and punctual
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Communicates well with clients and other trades
- Has a current Victorian driver's licence
- Holds a White Card

Cert II/III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is a bonus, but not essential. A Police Check and Working With Children Check will also be required.
