We're looking for a commercially minded customer experience manager to own and enhance the customer journey across onboarding, support, project delivery, continuous improvement, and account growth.

This is a highly visible role where you'll act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring exceptional outcomes while identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with key customers
- Lead regular customer meetings and reviews
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement
- Gather requirements and translate customer needs into business improvements
- Resolve complex client challenges and escalations
- Support onboarding, project delivery, training, and service quality
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders

About You
- Experience in mining,



engineering, technology, projects, procurement, or a related industry
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Skilled in requirement gathering and problem solving
- Commercially aware with a customer-first mindset
- Confident, outgoing, and relationship-driven
- Comfortable engaging with operational teams through to senior executives
